We had the high efficiency furnace and air conditioning installed by "So Low" company in May 2009.
The job was done efficiently and fast, just as Rafi promised. Also we needed him for explanation of the programmable thermostat few days after the installation.  There was no problem with that; Rafi came and explained everything to our satisfaction.
